I bought this and First Honey's product at the same time. First Honey's product wasn't even safety sealed and the tube was half empty.CVS's product was sealed and full. It's true that the product doesn't flow easily. I put the tube in a bowl of warm water and then it did flow just fine. Yes, it is sticky. It's honey, after all. And it's stinky.But I put it on a diabetic wound that didn't respond to any other treatment over the last year, and I do see some actual improvement. I've only used it a week now and intend to keep using it since it appears to be having a beneficial effect.Don't expect miracle overnight healing. But this is better than anything else I've tried, including Aloe.I'd say it's worth the expense.

Love this stuff. Used in a facial injury and it left no scaring. I recommend this product to everyone!
