Slippery elm
I bought these as wanted to try and come off of the omperazole I have been on for far too long. I don’t know if there were other things in play but they didn’t help my haitus hernia and I had to return to taking the omperazole.May not be the same for everyone tho.Great brand, I also buy the castor oil which I love!
