This is based on someone who never uses herbal supplements or teas for anything... Since drinking 1 to 2 cups of this stuff a day, my quality of sleep has improved especially on days when I do not receive a ton of sleep, the overall quality and feel of waking up is different. On days when I know I can sleep in, I fall asleep fairly easily and wake up refreshed.The only herbal thing I have had in the past was a capsule of valerian root which tasted literally like sewer out of someones behind... Mugwort tastes way better, but the flavor is bitter. I feel like I am drinking the leaves as I go, but I strain it so I know it's impossible.I have not attempted to smoke this and I have not had any vivid dreams of any kind as of yet.

I love this brand and use this product regularly for lucid dreaming.

The tea was good just very bitter. I recommend adding a lot of honey & sugar.

while i do say this stuff did help ease my pain but IT TASTES DISGUSTING! even with sugar, honey, prayer it still tasted vile and was hard to drink. however mama didn’t raise a quitter and i will continue to drink this on my menstrual cycle, cheers.

I usually get my mugwort fresh from the herb store near me so I was not expecting much from a packaged product. Just needed some quickly and until I could get to the store but I was pleasantly surprised. It smells good, and taste fresh. I use mugwort for sleep and I also burn it in mediation and this worked beautifully for both purposes. I didn't notice anything other than mugwort in the package like other buyers found. I'd definitely buy again.

The taste is absolutely atrocious. I drink all my teas with nothing added, and this is the worst tea ive ever tried and im a tea drinker more than coffee. Ive had a different brand of mugwort and had to buy a different one and i regret my decision. The taste is so bitter like medicine. The smell is similar to chemicals, it does not taste natural at all. Very disappointed. I even tried it twice thinking maybe i steeped too much tea in my cup but it didnt change.
