King Softside Waterbed Mattress with Pillow Top and 95% Waveless and Heater

We received the bed before we expected it. There were three boxes, and all were light enough to lift easily. The bed was very simple to set up, and turned out great. Once it was filled and the temperature adjusted (we're in Florida, so haven't used the heater yet, but the water was a bit too warm when we filled it, so it took a few days to cool down), we've been very comfortable. It is firm, but not too firm; it gives enough that you can sleep on your side all night without feeling "pressure points" on your hips and shoulders. It is completely waveless and noiseless. Even with two adults and a 100-pound dog it remains comfortable. We're SO glad we bought this.

My fiance` and I de-installed the 14yo semi-waveless mattress; and, re-installed this new one before bed-time that night; setup and installation were a breeze to conquer. Since installing this 95% waveless mattress, I have had fewer sleepless nights, more comfort while sleeping and greater body support.

I am happy with this mattress. It came much faster than estimated. I say that because that is one reason I hesitated in buying. No problem putting it together except the mattress said one thing for placement of the heater and the heater said something else. This is firmer than I was used to. 95% motionless really means it. My old one was supposed to be motionless but it was a softer sleep. I have only had it one week but so far, no problems.

Heater and fill and drain kit wasn't shipped with bed. But called on Sunday afternoon. Got return call same day and the parts arrived Wednesday. Great customer service.
