I've been using this product for some time now. It works and is very consistent with an affordable price. In addition to giving you a nice extra pump in the gym it has a nice impact on blood pressure. No side effects to report. Definitely recommended.

I have used this product several times pre-workout on an empty stomach to supplement some of the sub-par pre-workouts I've come across and found that this product does work as described. One of the few products that I've seen citrulline HCL in. It will increase your pump and veins. It will also give you a little added power to your workout along with a good sweat. The pills are large and downing them for early workouts is sometimes a pain but overall, a good value and product for your workouts. It has become a staple in my supplement cabinet, and it is on my "must have on hand" list.

This vitamin is great for working out, assisting with circulation, and whatnot—. But what it can also cause is serious depression and anxiety, I out of nowhere began to think negatively and develop very paranoid and insecure thoughts.. this could just be me, but if did test it by taking the NO-and staying very aware of myself, timing, and the course of thoughts and emotions that followed, it lasted a few hours before those feelings subsided.. I did this twice in order to get my conclusion, the first day after I stopped taking them, I felt better and back to normal as the day went on, it was like the dark clouds faded as the bright beautiful sun shined brighter and brighter.. All that said, it’s a great supplement and works great for its intented use, but just always do your research about interactions between supplements and any other medications..
