Being short my feet only just touch the floor. If I suggested an improvement it would be make the reclining lever longer, easier to operate. Comfort, heat and massage excellent. Assembly instructions easy to understand, completed in 40 minutes, the only tool needed is included with bolts and fittings. Excellent quality and reasonable price. Took a few days to get from California to Va but worth the wait.

I must preface this by saying that I have never been inclined to write an Amazon review before. I built this chair and sat in it for approximately 5 minutes before writing this. I am SO glad i purchased this chair. It is comfortable. The quality of the material is amazing. The heating and massage features are revolutionary. Wow.

Amazing chair, well worth the price! So much padding, easy to put together, did it by myself in 20 minutes including the time to unbox it. Love the heat and massage feature, pocket on the side it great to hold the remote. I've bought other office chairs for around the same price, no comparison. The ergonomically correct back is great and really makes a difference when I am sitting for longer periods of time. You can't go wrong with this produce!!

The chair itself is perfect, comfy, attractive, I can sit criss cross legged while gaming with ease. The massage and heat are lovely and the perfect way to lay back and relax after a long day. I fall asleep in it all the time. Back support is wonderful and I can sit and play games or watch movies in it and it's comfier and offers much more support than my lazy boy chair in the living room. The foot stool is perfect and you can fully lay down if you want. After 5 months it's sturdy and showing no signs of failing me any time soon. The only con is the wires, they are so dramatic and get caught 3 times a day and it's super annoying, I wish there was a solution for the wires. But you can unplug them and put them in the pocket when you don't need the heat or massage function running. Overall, Definitely recommend!!!

Oh my goodness, I love this chair. It is so sturdy and supportive and comfortable. And the added bonus of the massage feature and heat is incredible in an office chair. The massage feature is a little less intense than I’d like it to be, but it still is a game changer for helping me stay more comfortable during long sessions sitting in the chair. It’s quite easy to assemble, and the instructions are reasonably good. The chair has got a good amount of heft to it, without being overly bulky. It is height adjustable and angle adjustable, which should make it a good fit for just about anyone!

I was so excited to upgrade my office chair, especially when I saw this one had a massage feature. The chair itself is amazing. It's super comfortable to sit in for long work days and the material feels really nice. Putting it together was pretty simple too. My only real disappointment was with the massage function. I thought it was going to be one of those rolling shiatsu-style massages that really gets in there and kneads your back while you work. It's actually a vibration massage, so it's more of a gentle buzz than a deep tissue thing. Honestly, once I got over what I thought it was going to be, the vibration is still really nice and super relaxing to have on during a stressful workday. Reclines fully, and the footrest is a nice touch although I dont foresee myself using it as it puts me too far from my desk. It's a great chair, just be aware of the type of massage it is.
