After two years, the motor completely failed. I emailed the company to see if I could get a replacement, even if I had to pay extra, but never heard back. Looks like my money is gone on this blind. Honestly, you’re probably better off buying in-store — it costs more upfront, but if something goes wrong, the process to fix it is much easier.
