Initially, I was extremely disappointed. In the end, extremely elated.I purchased this for my job. I needed it desperately when I ordered it. Upon receipt, my purchase was missing the plastic hose, all of the attachments, the metal handle/hose, and the replacement bags.I frustratedly contacted customer service who connected me to the manufacturer. With very little effort and time, all of the missing parts were ordered and mailed to me at no extra cost.Yes, it took a week to receive, but as soon as I received the missing items, I was enveloped with the gittiness of a school girl in a candy store; grinning grinning from ear to ear as my neighbors were giggling at me for vacuuming their front porch carpet (along with the rest of the street's long - needed cleanup jobs.To impress me, it takes a great deal of effort. My situation was disheartening. But between the two companies, turned my bah-hum-bug smirk into a grinch, from ear-to-ear smile. Golf claps to all involved. Another satisfied, loyal, and passionate customer for life. BRAVO!

The hose did not come with the vacuum like it’s supposed to. We would like the hose ASAP

These vacs are awesome for cleaning. I have 1900 square feet, and this vac makes cleaning quick and thorough. I was able to clean the floors, and transition over to the hand brush to clean the bathroom exhaust fans, ceiling fans, hood vent, microwave, top of the kitchen cabinets, and all the hanging lights. Best of all, my Dyson power attachments fit perfectly to clean the dog hair off the carpet on the stairs. With everything on your back, no crazy vacuum to navigate while you clean, Proteam makes cleaning efficient.
