The Real Deal
This is a quality electric fireplace with excellent visuals. I have worked with this company before and they were right on the mark when there was a delivery issue on a vacation rental. I haven't spent much time to see the fireplace there, but I've had this model since Christmas and love it for color and extra warmth. Unlike many of the other brands, Touchstone gives you the real deal.

Creates a great ambience
We absolutely love this wall mounted fireplace. We mainly use it for the ambiance and not so much the heat factor. The size of this worked perfectly for the space we wanted it. The product was shipped and arrived quite quickly. It was easy to assemble. Love the color options of the “rocks”.

We love it!!
It creates a wonderful aura of cozy in our living room. The settings are great… including the pulsing glow of the glass embers under the flames, which bring a more genuine fire experience. We are very “aural” oriented, so we gone as far as running a crackling fire sound on a Bluetooth device to give it one more level of reality. We love it!

Beautiful fireplace
We chose this one to avoid having to set it back into the wall. This unit installed nicely (by my builder) and operates as advertised, would recommend given the high quality and finish/features it has.

1 year update: Don’t waste your money
The media could not be loaded. If I could do no stars, I would. About 4 months in it started making the horrible noise you hear in the video. I reached out, no response. 1 year in the fireplace turns on and off after a couple minutes of use. I have reached out, again, no response. Biggest waste of money and horrible customer service. The cute wood mantel that it comes with is not worth the cheap product they call a “fireplace.” Doesn't even heat up a room properly, my Dyson works better. Again don’t waste your money. Look elsewhere.
