Works great. The buttons on the display are not very sensitive, so you have to push them harder than you’d expect. The display clock has a glitch already, after only owing for a year, where one of the numbers is flashing rather than consistent. Nothing that changes the function of the product, it just doesn’t look nice.

This is a very nice under the cabinet (over range) microwave. It was very easy to install, although I have installed them before and was a mechanic for over 20 years (know my way around a tool box). The only gripe I have is that although the installation instructions state, " This oven is shipped assembled for roof-venting" it was not set up for roof venting, but in fact room venting. I assumed that everything was ready for roof venting, which I have in my kitchen and installed the oven only to find out that I would have to remove it to re-position the blower motor. This was a little frustrating, but all-in-all , I am happy. LG really needs to either correct teh instructions, or set-up the blower as indicated to avoid any future issues.

Finally found a bulb that works well. 60W LED Soft White. Went through a few of them to find one that was just right. Good light to cook by without the funny blue. See actual bulb below. Don't know how long it will last but been installed for about a week. Also bought a small magnetic backed timer to put above keypad. Our microwave started making a popping noise when we would hit the start button. At first, I wasn't worried because it was just a small pop and then nothing. Over time the sound got louder. It is now a pop, pop, pop, and then nothing but we are too afraid to use it. My wife read reviews about this microwave starting on fire and doesn't want to use it anymore. It was a very expensive microwave to only work for 18 months.

It was not difficult to install, but it's pretty much a two man job... but, that is what you'd expect for over-the-stove microwaves. The feature that impressed me the most was the rack that can be used to heat two low-profile dishes at the same time.

We followed the installation instructions to the letter. However, the cutout template is NOT accurate. The height measurement was off by almost an inch. By the time we discovered this, we had drilled many holes, and lifted the heavy microwave many times. Total installation time: 4 hours.

We’ve had the microwave for 4 months and the handle has already broke off

missing a few features, but overall is great.
