The mouth guard is very small and keeps your mouth open. It neither works for bruxism and I very highly doubt it works for snoring. Super uncomfortable and literally impossible to wear. Set your money on fire and you’ll have a better result.

I think the mechanism of snoring may be different for people. In my case it was excessive postnasal dripping. It took me about five attempts of melting it in hot water and molding it to my mouth before it fitted comfortably. The mouthpiece features holes that allow the upper and lower parts to be connected, you can use different holes to align them according to your jaw structure. While this process requires some patience, the result is worth the effort.A minor maintenance point to note is that the mouthpiece needs to be washed every day to keep it clean and hygienic.Overall, I highly recommend this anti-snoring aid. It requires some patience during the adjustment phase, but the results are definitely worth it
