If I Want To Use This, I Will Need To Fix It Beforehand Using Fevi-Quick Myself.
It is a pill box, and from the name one might suppose that it will be airtight, in case of damaged product, there will be a longer return duration, but this box is not at all suitable for putting pills in it. I ordered two of them, the first one was in different packaging and the other one was in different one. The first one was damaged like shown in the photos, maybe it was damaged from the start or it got damaged due to packaging, I don't know. The other one that I ordered is for a relative of mine. This, other order had a relatively better packaging.I received the first one on 31st, December, 2020 ie 4 days before. And, the second one was received today ie 3rd Jan, 2021. Here's hoping the second one will not be a damaged product.

The overall product is good
The product is good but it is hard to open some boxes and some boxes don't close at all. I assume it is more related to product design and we may find similar issues on all medicine organizer. I have to use it only twice a day so I am ok with it.
