It’s clearly a well-made, high quality professional item.There are lots of options, so before using I would strongly suggest reading the instructions closely, and you’ll discover the battery should be charged for 2.5 hours prior to first usage. Also, the leggings should not be used unless they are fully zipped up.Neither my wife nor I are particularly tall and should have arguably gone for the small size, but the only available option was a medium. In the event, the medium was still OK, so that is worth considering if you have a family and need to accommodate different heights.They say this is intended for athletes, but it could just as equally apply to any amateur who wants to exercise with shorter recovery times and less pain, which is no small thing. Prior to using this, there were times I might try some aerobics with a new routine and find myself too stiff to exercise for another two days. Now I am fine the next day, so on the key quest, it does work for me.There are customisable zones that you can experiment with after reading the instructions. In practice, we found it unusual at first, as it cycles through the stages, but it’s not unpleasant, and you get used to it after a couple of goes.Overall, it’s an amazing piece of kit, whether for the professional athlete or anybody who can benefit from what it offers. My legs feel lighter and more relaxed after a session, and I particularly like it after a long day in front of the computer when my legs feel stiff.

The media could not be loaded. I've been testing it for days and I have to say, it's actually quite good. The main issue was finding the correct settings.Operating it isn't difficult. It's essentially just 3 settings. Pressure, mode and time. However, in my opinion, for an average person like me, who just goes to work, stand/walk around for hours and then goes home, the default setting is perfectly fine. Even at medium pressure it's starting to become uncomfortable.While using it, I only had to minor complaints.The first one was fact, that it's a legs only set. It's unbelievably relaxing, while sitting in the bed and reading/listening to music/watching TV, but eventually it'll feel incomplete, because you would want the massage to wash though your whole body. Well, at least I felt that way.The other, minor issue is the contoller itself. It's really big and gets quite warm on a fabric surface. It would've been great to add a handle to it's top so we've could just hange it up somewhere. I tried to use some straps for it, but it's quite difficult to do it, with the massive connectors at the bottom.

My husband just loves everything about these boots. They are really high quality and really well made, he definitely feels the benefits of using these after a run leaving his legs feeling a bit looser.These are really easy to set up and operate, he loves the fact that you don’t have to plug them in every time you use them, they run on a rechargeable battery, which is a huge plus for him. The battery itself is also long lasting so he gets quite a few uses out of them before needing a recharge.They come in a really handy bag that keeps everything together. They are expensive but definitely worth it - top quality!
