this is the only thing that make it possible to brush my rough collie’s fluffy butt. every few days his hind legs and butt fluff become so matted it’s like trying to brush a sheep. i don’t know how it happens, but without this it wouldn’t be possible to brush it out, genuinely. he finally lets me brush it out every few days now. he used to run away and whine when i did it, even though i was super gentle. the lavender smell is also pretty good, a little strong, but it does help with outside smells he brings in with the tropical heat. if you have a long haired dog this is for you.

For some strange reason, one of our cats ended up with a section of his fur badly matted. It wasn't coming out with just water and a comb, but when I tried this spray it loosened the tangles right up. I did it over the course of a few sessions, to be as gentle as I could. It worked really well -- highly recommended if you find yourself in a situation like that.

I bought this for my ShiChi because her fur is so thick that I'd brush her out and after an hour of running around playing, her fur would have small mats. So I sprayed her fur last night, rubbed it in and then brushed her out after it dried. This morning she was still mat and knot free and her fur is super soft. I'm very impressed with the way it works but not so impressed with the strong scent. It's not an unpleasant smell just strong even after 12 hours. So I am only giving it 4 stars. If they would decrease the intensity of the smell, it would definitely be a 5 start product.

I like the smell it's nice and makes the fur easy to brush and detangle. It works. Lavender it can be overwhelming but I think it's pretty balance.overall a good choice

While the lavender scent is pleasing to us, the dogs absolutely hate it. As soon as I show them the bottle they run. The product leaves our dogs feeling silky (when we can catch them), but I won't use it anymore because the smell is overpowering. Such a shame. We'll have to try a different product with little or no scent. Also, it did little to get out mats on the bigger dog. Probably not the products fault as he is pretty matted from swimming.

Smells great, makes the coat shiny and detangles okay. I use in combination with another product and it’s perfect!

My cat was never a self groomer much, she always had such a thick under coat and hates to be brushed. I'd brush her from time to time and while she's not an aggressive cat at all, she will get aggressive at being brushed so I didn't brush her often. Now she's a senior and her thick fur has become very matted. Brushing her has been horrible and I felt so bad knowing that me trying to brush the knots out was hurting her. I came across this spray, read a few reviews and just went for it.I am SO glad I did.I sprayed it on, let it soak into her fur for at least five minutes and the knots and matted bits of fur began to come out so much easier than before. She still hates being brushed but her fur has looked better than it has in years with the knots and matts brushed out. The scent of the spray is a little strong but for the amazing work it did taking out the clumps of tangled fur, I don't care about how strong the scent is.I would definitely recommend this spray to anyone who needs help getting some knots and matts out of fur. It's super affordable at the price that it is and I was shocked at how quickly it began to detangle the matts and clumps of fur. Definitely a product worth getting.

Sprayed it on a couple of tangles and started brushing… the tangles came out without a fuss and without me having to cut them out!! This was on a golden retriever - in his rear feathers. And the smell is nice too (I’m highly sensitive to scents!)! I HIGHLY recommend this product!!

Came without a cap. Some liquid got out in the delivery box and ruined a book that was placed in the same box and was supposed to be a present. A little mistake but not a happy customer

Die Haare sind definitiv besser durchzukämmen. Entwirrt und vereinfacht Kämmen und Bürsten. Ob es bei Verfilzungen auch behilflich ist, kann ich nicht sagen, weil mein Hund täglich gebürstet wird, vermute es aber stark. Es ziept dem Hund nicht so, wenn man es als Vorabpflege aufsprüht. Geruch ist ok. Hund riecht angenehm gepflegt.
