Will this kill feline ear infection that is both earmites and fungus? (vet says it's fungal, but it looks like coffee-grounds, which is c/w earmites)

No, this is nothing but over price nonsense you will be better off trying looking for something else and what she has sound like one of my cats and what she has is fungal, the vet is right it is not ear mites, the fungal discharge is similar to it but you need to find out what is causing the fungal infection first.

Is this comparable to mometamax?

My dog had chronic ear infections. The Zymox helped as a preventative, but when she got the infections the prescription mometamax was the only thing that clear things up.

Kills ear mites in cats?

I do not believe I would use this to treat ear mites. There is nothing in the ingredients to do that. If your cat has ear mites it needs to go to a vet
