I’m so happy with this PHI VILLA 13ft patio umbrella! The size is amazing and gives a huge shaded area — perfect for our outdoor table. The crank lift is smooth and easy to use. The solar-powered LED lights are surprisingly bright and look gorgeous at night, creating a cozy vibe without needing any outlets. The umbrella fabric feels durable, the frame is solid, and it holds up well on breezy days as long as you use a proper heavy base. The triple-head design provides great coverage and looks really stylish in the backyard. Overall, super satisfied with this purchase. Whether you want a soft white glow or colorful ambient lighting, you’ve got both options. One of my favorite features is the Type-C charging port. On cloudy days or when the solar panel isn’t getting enough sun, I can easily recharge the lights using a power bank – super convenient! Opening and closing the umbrella is effortless thanks to the crank handle. It only takes a few seconds, and you don’t need any strength to operate it.

06.12.24 - One star ⭐ Enjoyed the umbrella the size, length and the width! However, there's issueses with the lighting didn't work (been replaced once already because of a lighting issue) and twice, two different umbrellas the cord broke. After about a year, well short of one year actually after purchase. Note this was only used seasonal so saying the word year isn't really realistic! Five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Update 06.24.24: Contacted by the company, the representative completely listened to my issue, asked what could they do, I asked for a new replacement umbrella. They took that request under advisement. Today, I'm a very, very satisfied customer (impressed as well) to say that by 06.26.24 (within two days) I'll be made whole again. They are sending (at no cost to me) a brand new replacement umbrell!!! Well done PHI VILLA, the way a company should react, stand behind your product(s) and your customers!!!! You now have a loyal customer, who for any of our outdoor furniture needs will be shopping on Amazon, but purchasing with Phi Villa! Update: 7.19.24 New umbrella arrived (6.26.24) as promised, no handling fees, shortly after being contacted about my June 12th review and my disappointment with the product. Umbrella was same size, color and included the led light package!! We are very pleased and have been using the new patio umbrella daily since it arrived. Again, a class (A) company that you can trust while making your selection of products, why, because they stand behind them, period! Job well done!!

Weight: After reading many reviews I kept going back to this umbrella. Upon arrival, it was as easy as 1-2-3 to set up. Unfortunately, it did fade. However, I should have followed the advice in the reviews by Scotch guarding it. I thought for sure it was a complete loss until I messaged the company with pictures of my concern of how my umbrella faded significantly in a matter of months. Fast-forward to today the company sent me a new umbrella. This time I was smart enough to scotch guard it, and I will be ordering an umbrella cover to make sure I get many summers of this beautiful umbrella. As far as the over all look, lights are beautiful & bright, and it is very sturdy. I would definitely recommend.
