Cock 3 mm Rice Stick commonly used in soups as well as stir fries. Made from 90 percent rice flour and 10 percent water. Dried rice noodles are slightly firmer than the fresh rice noodles. Easy to prepare simply boil for 6-8 minutes until soft, then drain and serve.
