This premium, authentic Italian Ham and Cheese Tortellini pasta from Barilla is traditionally a soup pasta that's now enjoyed with a variety of sauces. A filled pasta that's extremely versatile, it's quick to cook and easy to pair with all of your favourites like prosciutto, mushrooms and vegetables. It's the perfect match of two great traditions of Emilia; classic filled pasta with the intense, rich flavour of cured ham. Best served with a creamy sauce where its tasty filling and dough consistency are enhanced. It works wonderfully with sage, one of the tastiest herbs of the Mediterranean cuisine. It cooks in 11 minutes and each pack contains 2-3 servings. Simply boil 1 litre of water per 0.1kg of pasta, add salt, drop the pasta into the boiling water and stir occasionally. After the recommended cooking time drain the water. Pour the pasta back into the pan, add a little olive oil and mix in your preferred sauce. Delicious!
