Simply pop it in a toaster, microwave, oven or skillet, and some really good eggs will be on your plate in minutes. Each Just Egg Folded has six grams of plant protein, zero cholesterol and less saturated fat than a chicken egg. It’s ideal for breakfast sandwiches but also great on ramen noodles or in fried rice. Cooking Instructions · Toaster (chef’s choice): Place Just Egg Folded in standard toaster and heat on high for 6½ minutes. · Air fryer: Coat basket lightly with oil. Put Just Egg in the air fryer at 400°F/205°C for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through. · Skillet: Warm a bit of oil in a nonstick skillet on medium heat. Cook Just Egg Folded for about 5 minutes, flipping halfway through. · Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F/191°C. Wrap Just Egg Folded in foil and bake for 15 minutes. · Microwave: Place Just Egg on a microwave-safe plate and cover with a paper towel. Heat on high for 45 seconds. Flip and heat on high for an additional 30 seconds.
