I have tried these mugwort belly patches for quite some time, and haven’t had the greatest experience. While I love the idea of detoxifying your body, when used in your belly button for an overnight detox treatment the patch often falls off throughout the night, and if it does happen to stay on, you wake up to a crumbled mess inside your belly button. It takes a while to clean up, and does not have the greatest smell whatsoever.It is important to note that you receive the mugwort “balls” separate from the sticky patches, which you then adhere together to put in place. You simply unwrap one ball, place it in the middle of your belly button, and cover it with a single patch included. You can also use these on the bottom of your feet to remove toxins, have a better night’s sleep and more.However, in trying this route, I have the same experience of not being able to keep these on throughout the night. I am not a light sleeper, and barely move around. Yet, I can never get these to stay on through the whole night, and I often wake up to the balls separated to be searched for inside of my bedsheets. Again because of the smell, it is not ideal.All of that being said, if you are intrigued to try out the product, it is at least affordable. However, I would not recommend it to family or friends.

I don't know if they work but after a week I was sleeping better and going to the bthrm more regularly...so maybe...I started using these every night BUT now just 2-3 times a week due to the tape irritating my skin, the tape doesn't really hurt when I take it off but I do have sensitive skin so I can see the red where the tape was placed if I use it 2x in a row.

great little patches for what it's worth, I just didn't see any difference based on what they're advertising.

They don’t really have a strong smell. This is easy to apply and clean up . It’s a natural detoxing process. We’ll see how long to see results.

So i have been using this for the past few nights and while I can’t attest to the “slimming” factor. I do feel like it has helped with having smoother sleep and fatigue. I’ve never had it fall out through the night. The yellow tab also has adhesive on it that helps lay it down saw some complaints about that but yeah. All and all I don’t see any miracles but I do genuinely think it has improved my sleep and fatigue at least.The smell doesn’t bother me just because I’m used to the way Mugwort smells. Did wish it came with maybe a baggy or actual box to keep everything in for convenience.I did try it on my feet but it just would not stay like it did with the bellybutton. It immediately lifted before I even got a chance to lay down. They are a little hard to get flat so next time I will use something that has a little bit more pressure to make sure I get them really flat. Not a miracle worker but maybe with long term use will see significant results.
