Just got my blender. Box says 300w and switch is 6 speed not 12 speed. Model number is HB2033B3. Not what I ordered. How do we fix this?

Mine was also touted as 500 watts and 12 speed but came as a 6 speed 300 watt unit. the unit seems to work fine but I distrust vendors who falsely represent their products and mislead the buyers, Amazon should do something about the false representation by vendors.

Is this powerful enough to make frozen drinks using ice cubes?
