Ever since I spent time in England in the late 70s, I have loved Maltesers. They are available in some stores - but supply is often limited.The bins empty at times. But, who could blame anyone for wanting these mouth-watering candies? The chocolate is melt-in-your-mouth, creamy, smooth and the malt is crispy.BEWARE OF IMITATIONS! Hersheys makes a copy called MALTESER (sans the S)- they are horrible. Their packaging is similar - but the candy itself is vastly different - be careful. If you care enough to be buying Maltesers on the web - then you DO NOT want to make the mistake and accidentally buy the Hersheys version.MARS makes Maltesers - their packaging is red and the lettering is white. And they are worth every single penny you pay for them!

Mar 15thI have placed the 3rd order for this item, the 2nd box taste great and P by 2012-July.I will come back here if anything wrong with the 3rd box.============================I am so glad that this is finally imported by Amazon!I bought half dozen of 165grams pack from Canada few months ago and I am about to finish all of it...So glad that I found Amazon carry this with a reasonable price! It is even cheaper than Canada.This doesn't taste stale at all and I found many reviews complain about this, well if it tastes weird to you, just return it to Amazon.By the way, there is a P: 02-07-12 and E: 30-06-13 printed on each pack.So the package that I have received is 1 year old and it still taste good, I think it is really depend on the warehouse... like how they store the candy.

You can't beat a malteser. So much better than the American Malt Balls.

I've tried this product on trips to Europe and the occasional cruise ship, and know they're much better with Whoppers. They're made with real chocolate rather than Whoppers chocolate flavored coating. It is a thin layer of chocolate but very delicious.I purchased from this seller on Dec 2 and estimated delivery was Dec 28-Jan 11. They arrived within two weeks of my order! Amazing. They were definitely not stale and the expiration date is months away. My only complaint is that about half the bags have 'clumps' of Maltesers, where the chocolate had previously melted and stuck two or more of them together. Not a big deal, but if you're fixed at perfect presentation, you might get grumpy about these.I wouldn't hesitate to order this again.

Better then Hershey

Addicted to this stuff. Tastes like honey comb and real velvety chocolate. Yum. Long shipping time as I live in the USA and this is coming in from the UK. Otherwise, product came in good condition (it was winter so nothing melted). Only con is that I can probably finish the whole box all by myself.

The UK original taste of Maltesers is second to none. Worth the wait for delivery given I got it in like a little over a week.

My family fights over these. 25 bags disspear very quickly. No other brands even comes close in taste. We've never bought one that was expired. We usually have at least 3 months before the expiration date.One thing you do need to becareful of is that as other reviewers have stated, it can come melted if you live in a hot area (like in Texas for me) while sitting in your mailbox. So stock them up in the winter months.
