I was very skeptical of this brush, as silicon bristles didn't seem to have the cleaning power that regular ones do, but I was mistaken. This thing is really easy to put together (my 5 year-old had a blast assembling everything), the base is attractive and useful, and it comes with a mount to keep the whole assembly off the floor.The silicon bristles offer a bunch of benefits that I didn't consider:1) Silicon is generally hydrophobic, so the water just beads off. After using it, a quick spin in the toilet is all it takes to remove 99% of the water.2) The edges of the bristles are rather sharp, so they brush the porcelain clean easily3) They are 'springy' and retain their shape, without deforming over time.

I have never used a silicone toilet brush before. I felt like it did a good job cleaning my toilet, getting into all of the nooks and crannies. I took photos for size reference in my standard toilet. Once I was done cleaning, I shook it off and set it in the holder. I came back a few hours later to unscrew the bottom drain and empty it, and it was dry. See photo. So the silicone doesn’t hold onto water like my old brush did; the old brush would be sitting in an inch or two of water an hour later. Gross. I appreciate that there is a drain if needed, but it looks like a good shake will dry off the brush well. The brushes come in 3 easy-to-put-together pieces upon arrival; see photo. I thought I had just ordered regular toilet brushes, I had no idea these brushes would be such high quality, work so well, and fit a modern style bathroom. I love that the bristles are rubber, it really cleans the bowl. Also they stick to the wall by the toilet which is amazing. They come with these extra little brushes that I love to use for cleaning all over the house. I will definitely buy again when we finish our add on.

I agree with other reviews that silicone scrubbers seem to do a better job at cleaning. I usually have a hard time getting into the toilet bowl rim well but these work great for that. It's strange at first to use them when compared to typical brushes but once you get over the weirdness of the way it feels, it's really quite nice. They don't fling water everywhere like the old brushes seem to do.They're very easy to put together and so far haven't come apart from use. They're also sturdy and don't bend or seem flimsy. I like the grey color, I do wish they had grey brush with a grey handle option, but the white is okay. They've kept themselves clean so far and I occasionally rinse the brushes out to get anything leftover.I like that it's a two pack, I have two bathrooms so it's perfect! I haven't used the drip pan thing because these really don't hold onto a lot of water from what I can tell. I've used the little brushes for other tasks around the house and they do great for lots of those types of small things that are harder to clean. I'm happy with this product!
