Easy to install and the set up wizard is really straightforward. We use ours with the brinsea door as we had limited height space on our hen house. Works a treat together. Really glad we bought this.

I bought this to replace our previous ChickenGuard, which has been a complete life saver – no more having to haul myself out of bed at dawn to let the chickens out, or worry about closing them up at night. It really is a godsend. It's easy to install and program, and on the very few occasions when there's a problem, it's easily sorted. The only reason I haven't given it five stars is because the description on the website wasn't very clear – I thought I was getting the version with the light sensor, which enables you to program it to open and close depending on the amount of daylight, rather than at fixed times. However, the version I got doesn't have that feature. It's not a major problem – I'll just need to reprogram it when the days get longer – but the description should have been clearer.

We picked this as it was market leader. For me it’s over complicated as it’s been over thought. Just a basic timer needed, to many menus and secret menus just make it simple like the titan brand we bought in its place, 5 minutes to set up unlike this one. Don’t spend the money on this the titan is cheaper and better

UPDATE: 4 Duracell Optimum batteries last 3mos before the red warning light turns on for replacement and they're still 3/4 showing full charge? I thought it was an error but door will cease after 2days regardless?!I wanted to give this opener a good run (over 6 months) b4 this review. The unit is awkward, menu takes time to get used to so write some cheat notes because you will be changing batteries every month. The 4 faceplate screws will be stripped soon enough as you will constantly be replacing batteries in the closure which are difficult to remove without a knife and the blk/red +/- cables are unbelievably fiddly and tiny, impossible to reattach when reassembling the unit's face after changing batteries. I think that's why the deal I got. Hopefully they have already updated their new model

Ik wilde graag een automatische deuropener en deze deuropener had goede resenties. Vanaf het begin heeft de deur elke keer op storing gestaan en moest ik de deur opnieuw kalibreren. Ik ben ook van batterij gebruik naar adapter gebruik gegaan om te kijken of dit zou helpen.Helaas moet ik nog steeds elke paar dagen de deur opnieuw kalibreren omdat deze in storing staat. De deur gaat ook regelmatig niet helemaal open.Weet iemand hoe ik dit op kan lossen ???

il prezzo e'ballerino da 159,00 euro a 119,00.. chi acquistato al prezzo pieno ci rimane maluccio la differenza e' notevole....il prodoto a parere mio e'consigliato ne ho comprati 2 in tempi diversi..saluti.
