All hardened together in both bottles, can't come out
Disappointed and dissatisfied. I got two bottles, they are all hardened together in the container, can't come out. Very disappointed

Powerful and Effective
I noticed results right away. I don't take the recommended 2 a day. I might take 3 in a week. One pill at a time is enough for me. I noticed my energy levels went up and I lost some inches that I wasn't trying to lose. Do not take at night! Found out the hard way and was up most of the night one time. Worth the money 👍

High quality Vitamin B Complex
I just received this supplement, so I can't say how affective it is. I did research on the best quality supplements and I believe this to be a high quality Vitamin B Complex. Better than any synthetic form you will find at most drug stores/big box stores.

Used it for hair support
I have a malabsorption issue and nearly every supplement upsets my stomach. This is the first B-complex I've tried that gave me no problems at all. It is gluten free, although I'm not sure how useful those are. I do notice some increased energy (they aren't miracle pills, and I wasn't expecting as much). I've placed two orders of these now. You do have to take 2 capsules per day, so it is only a 45 day supply. I will continue to purchase them, as the benefits have outweighed that one drawback.

best form of B12
I bought this for my mom who has vitamin B12 deficiency. The best thing about this supplement is that the B12 is in the form of Methylcobalamin which is the most bio-available form of Vitamin B12. In most other brands B12 is in the form of cyanocobalamin which can be harmful for the body. I still would like them to add inositol to this supplement to make it a superior choice.
