low-quality plastic material inside which is broken within one month after installation, I purchased three pieces and lost my money. a black colour ball with an axle inside made with poor-quality plastic that is broken. please don't buy this product

The ball valve sticks
I bought this product about 6 months ago. The 3-way valve was put to use about 3 months ago. The whole idea behind using this valve was to be able to switch and use alternate water tanks based on requirement. Well, today the ball got stuck and the handle broke. It seems that the valve gets damaged somehow (due to Ball material quality perhaps), sticks to the body and becomes very difficult to move. It appears that the handle would not be able to cope with the force requirement to move the ball when it gets stuck. The handle base material could also be developing micro cracks around the handle base joint and thus reduces structural reliability. I am nit sure whether the ball required periodic lubrication as there is no way provided to lubricate the ball.
