Absolutely love my little mantle.Fantastic price, decent quality piece of wood.Delivery was a little late but well worth the wait.Slight split to the wood underneath but even if it was more visible I wouldn't have complained at the price I paid.

Excellent value.. dimensions were spot on & with a light treatment with orange oil looks perfect..& yes it’s solid wood!!

Finishes our fireplace off nicely. Very chunky and sturdy. Heavy to mount on wall (with just two fixings) but seems to be holding up OK. Personally wish I'd gone for something longer so that it extends a bit more over the opening, but that's on me. The product itself is great and really good value for money. You can certainly pay a lot more for these... but no need as this does the job perfectly well.

Mantle arrived today with an unfortunately massive split in it. As well as 2 smaller splits on the front.Honestly it's a shame because otherwise it's a gorgeous piece but the massive crack really put me off given the price of it!Because of the size of it and the weight as well as the lead time to having it delivered, I'm not going to go through the process of refunding and returning the mantle, I'd rather just repair it myself. But I'm pretty disappointed.

Almost a week late on delivery, wrong sizes to what I asked for and wrong colour!! Also huge split in the wood. It’s a shame because the piece of wood itself is a good solid piece!
