They seem to work...
I've been using this product for years, so I guess it's working. Easy to swallow, and a brand name I trust. As for absorbency (one of the "star" items above) I really have no idea...short of a blood test, how am I supposed to know if it's being absorbed??? As for taste, there's no immediate flavor, but I always swallow them promptly with water, so again can't make an honest determination.
