Rainguard Micro-Seal Concentrate 1 Gallon (makes 10 gallons ready-to-use product) is a professional grade, top of the line 100% active, low VOC, clear water repellent with a unique blend of silane/siloxanes and exclusive Micro-Lok formulation for use on horizontal and vertical concrete, masonry block, brick, wood and other porous surfaces. Micro-seal forms a long-chain water repellent barrier deep within the surface. This hydrophobic barrier repels water and salts yet remains highly vapor permeable, allowing moisture to escape. Micro-seal provides excellent warrantied protection for a wide range of commercial, industrial, infrastructure and residential projects. Ready-to-Use right out of the container.
