I bought this to have a server rack with good airflow for all my home networking, firewall, modem, miniservers, etc...I got 1 Gigabit modem, 1 PFsense mini-pc (firewall), 1 NUC home server, 2 Unifi 10Gb switches + POE injectors and 1x Wifi access point (UAP6-enterprise) on this "paper shelf"... Mounted surge protector with zipties to the back and added some cable management channels to the sides to cleanly route and bundle cords for the plugs. It's like a real server rack in the office, with power (pdu), cable managed and shelf mounted. The middle trays even slide out so my mini servers feel like they are on rails. My house is all multi-gigabit WiFi and ethernet now and it all fits in the footprint of one paper tray. Can't beat thatI looked at products special built for "home network racks" and they were decorative, bulky, and extremely poorly designed. Lacking proper ventilation (wood cabinets?) cable management, or efficient use of space. I started thinking to myself what am I really looking for and what does it look like, and then I had that "AHA!!!" moment. And lo and behold, a file-organizer/paper storage tray! Nice and sturdy, holds about 50 folders in each slot. Very nice and sturdy, a small amount of space on my desk.

This is a nice desktop organizer, hopefully the metal will be sturdier than plastic. It's easy to assemble. 4 stars instead of 5 because the shelves don't aren't entirely flush with the back, which I think will reduce sturdiness.
