i only take a couple when needed and it works within a short period of time. very satisfied with this product. there is a sugar coating I wipe off (wish they wouldn't add this its unnecessary) since the gummy is tasty!

This product has helped me to relax and get a good nights rest.

These are gummies, so they don't get swallowed. However, I have them in orange,and they are soft chews...these raspberry ones I just got are very hard.....not good to use,and won't order them again

I'm going to be honest, I have had many calm supplements in my medicine cabinet for years but it was just recently that I stopped taking a hormonal vitamin that was causing me to have trouble sleeping. I started taking 2 of these an hour before bed and it was helping with 3 days of being consistent. These will forever be part of my night time routine. The taste is great and I often treat it as a little treat for myself before going to bed.

I love these. When I’m tossing and turning at night, I take 2 and I go to sleep, every time. What a difference this makes. If I want to just calm my mind I take 1. I’m also small so keep that in mind per dosage.

Have been taking these for years. Started with this flavor drink then tried the gummies and they were good. Then started getting the orange and stuck with those because they are a softer gummie. But just tried the raspberry lemon and and it is so gross. Like an odd cardboard flavor. I tried to not waste them but I can’t do it - just too gross. Sticking with orange

I ordered this for my 17 year old daughter. She has anxiety attacks . It did take 4 gummies to calm her down . But she started with two then took two more an hour later. She did take a nap. But that is what she needed to do to calm body down. . Happy with product.
