Angelica is the European cousin of the more familiar dong-quai. The plant has an intense yet sweet aroma more like carrots than like dill or fennel. That plant is also commonly known as garden angelica, wild celery, and Norwegian angelica. You can use Angelica Root to create herbal tea. To prepare a tea put 1 tsp of Angelica Root to a pot and pour it with 200 ml of the water. Bring it to boil and cook for 2-3 minutes. Leave it aside for about 5-15 minutes, then strain and drink.
