Installation on the server is as easy as creating a new employee on the network. All important information is displayed on the display: current time, start and end of the meeting, and during the meeting the remaining time of use of space. The touch sensitive display has a clear menu structure and gives you a quick overview of the booking status. It allows you to book, cancel or extend a reservation from a meeting. You can also report a faulty projector, projector or other features with just one touch on the corresponding symbol.
