Accu-Chek Mobile Blood Glucose Meter Diabetes Brand New (Mg/Dl)

Although you can switch the language used by the device to English.There was no instruction manual. You'll have to source the instructions from the Accu -check weebsite.This is the second product I've had. I bought the first one about 10 years ago but recently the battery cap latch broke and the machine readings became erratic because of the intermittent battery supply. I had to hold down the cap with gaffer tape.. Apart from this problem it has performed faultlessly. It is well designed (has won two design awards), v.easy to use and you can get a storage pouch that has space for extra lancets.

It is a good product. We use Mg/Dl in India hence I am familiar with this unit. But it was disappointing that the test cassette and USB cable were missing from the box. I believe the seller has removed the cassette from the box in order to reduce the product cost.

Easy way to use, good quality

Before you buy be aware that this measures in mg. In the UK we use mmols. You can easily download a converter app.

This displays in mg/dl and NOT mmol/l which is very confusing. Yes iu know it says so on the ad but that was missed, i just thought as everything else is sold displaying mmol that this would as well. No wonder it was cheaper than normal. When you re-sell this, again, you need to highlight the fact it displays in mg/dl and not mmol.

i cant give an honest opinion of the features of this meter or how accurate it is because the one i reieved appears to have been previously used ,came in an open non security sealed package,it had no batteries and when i put my own in it it wouldnt work , i can only speak as i find i have no idea what happened here but one way or another i got a dud
