The media could not be loaded. It can be quite skeptical product at first, I mean who knew our jaws need training?? Or just change the jaw structure just like that. Well certainly the VORAPRUNG fitness Jaw trainer, I started out on the beginner and done 12 reps of 2-3 reps and soon I was in the advanced one, as you can see on the photos, I started out on a really poor structure looking back and now slowly after consistently working the jaw i redefined my jaw, these pictures are taken within a week of each other (results may vary), and very happy with the way I look, when beginning I got confused about the way it was supposed to fit, but I’m surprised I didn’t get it sooner, simply place the first bottom and top teeth inside the biting strips (suckers) and press down, despite the amazing function of the jaw trainer, it does come with some flaws like the chains, saliva dripping out and some reports of gaging amongst customers and breaking easy, but the advantages outweigh the risks 100%Pro tips: Don’t overdo it, last thing you need is to be having a lock jaw, (follow instructions inside box when starting out)•Warm up to prevent lock jaw: Warm up jaw by rotating side to side, up and down, all you need is a few minutes•Saliva will be dripping out when using the product, personally I like to lie back when doing reps or open mouth comfortable enough to prevent this but figure out what’s best for you• Wash after use, saliva will be all over the product, simply rinse under water, dry and put back in relevant box*Instructions included + bags that contain the chains and biting strips*If experience any jaw pain remove immediately and consult a doctor

Takes some getting use to. Feels strange in your mouth at first. Takes regular use to notice visual difference to your jaw. Nice pack of 3 difference levels of resistance. For the price overall good.

Intermittently using these and my jaw muscles certainly get worked. As for noticible differences it's been a few months but nothing of note.Kind of hard to keep in the mouth with wonky or offset teeth and jaw. Perhaps persistence will correct the offset jaw?

Those are very good quality and packaging, easy to use helps to have more flexibility in your jaws don’t know about shopping your faceWish they come a bit stronger as for men are to soft special the beginner, maybe a bit larger would increase the jaws opening.They definitely work and relax your jaws bites

My honest opinion on these are they a good quality, but the lowest resistance one is no good for an adult. Compress to easy, and the tooth grips slip out. However the other two are perfectly useableI just couldn’t get into using them, but that doesn’t reflect the quality at all.

The idea and concept behind a jaw trainer is excellent. However this product is utter garbage.It's as effective as chewing 5 pieces of standard gum at once.Not enough resistance to even mildly engage your jaw / facial muscles. Even doing 250 reps on the advanced at once.Akin to doing bench press with no weight on the bar. Hope this 30 seconds saves you whatever stupid price they're charging for this horse waste...
