I feel i got duplicate product an used product of MODE
I feel i got duplicate and used product of MODE. there was no tag on the slipper. My sister also have bought same product from amazon with different colour. Her slipper finishing is good and its softer than this. I have put for replacement. Hope amazon wont disappoint me this time.

Old stock
The shoes though new, are very old stock. The top leather had oily spots as well as a dull look all along. Cleaning does not help. I was away when the sandals arrived and opened the box much later so could not return. Or else I most definitely would have .
