Hello, no magnetic clasp, just the standard clasp type of fork.

Does this helmet absorb sweat? Are there removable pads to wring out sweat?

The pads absorb sweat and are removable and replaceable. I also were a dew rag underneath to absorb extra sweat. After a ride they are full of sweat and I just put the helmet in the sun to dry them out for the next days ride.
