Great headset and even better customer service!
Delivery: Packaged was delivered by the committed time. The packaging was well done and product was secured safely. 5 out of 5 stars.Setup: Unboxing the headphones was a breeze. They came charged so I was able to test them without having charge. I tried pairing the headphones to my iPhone and Sansa MP3 player. The headphones paired with minimal effort and without a glitch. 5 out of 5 stars.Sound quality: The sound quality from the iPhone was superb. The lows and the highs came through very clear. I walked around town with the headphones connected to the iPhone and connectivity was strong throughout the walk. Sound from connectivity with the Sansa Clip Plus was good but not as good as from the iPhone. There was significantly more dropped signals and I could hear short pauses in the playback. I ran with the headphones connected to the Sansa several times in the last few days. The Sansa Clip was connected to the waistband of my shorts. Connection quality was spotty. There were times during a run when the connectivity was comparable to a wired headset. However, there were also times when there was definite degradation of connectivity. Adjusting the Sansa Clip placement and moving the headphones did not seem to help. I am not sure if the running movement caused the degradation or not. It seemed that slowing down may improve the connectivity but not sure. After a short period, the connectivity would improve and the sound quality as well. More use is needed to see if this remains an issue. Since I bought these headphones for running and I run exclusively with the Sansa, I can't have the sound quality become a distraction. I've tested the Sansa with other bluetooth headphones (MPOW Cheetah, MPOW Swift, Jaybird X2, Monster Freedom). There was no connectivity issues with these other BT headphones; they don't stay in my ear as well so I use them for non-running purposes. The Phaiser BH 530 is actually a replacement for the MPOW Cheetah. The MPOW Cheetah has a very similar form factor to the Phaiser BH 530 but died after nine months of use. It did not have a sweat-proof warranty which the Phaiser headphones do. 3 out of 5 starsSound Quality Update: After giving the seller feedback, a second pair was sent. This pair worked much better than the first. At the beginning of my run, there still a bit of reception issues but this clears up after a few minutes. 5 out of 5 starts.Battery life: After arriving and initial testing, I did fully charge the headphones. I like the battery level announcement when the headphones are turned on (High, Med, Low). After about six hours of running, I did have to recharge the batteries. They probably would have lasted a little longer but I did not want to take a chance of them running out of charge during a run. Six hours is average for the headphones so not bad but also not exceptional. 4 out of 5 stars.Durability: For now, the headphones seem to be well made. The most similar headphones I've had that compare to the Phaiser BH 530 was MPOW Cheetah. They are almost identical. The major difference being the folding of the band connecting the left and right speakers (better on the MPOW) and the coating of the headphones (better on the Phaiser). Hopefully the Phaiser will last longer than the MPOW Cheetah and if it does die, the lifetime warranty will still be in effect. 5 out of 5 given the sweat-proof warranty.Customer Service: Best customer service I've had with Amazon purchases. The follow up post sale was timely and interactive. Communication was in hours and not days. The defective headset was replaced immediately and not needing to return defective unit first. Great product and better customer service. 5 out of 5 stars.

This is a good pair of headphones
This is a good pair of headphones.1. They fit my ears very well. They won't drop off during body exercise.2. A reasonable long battery hours, around 7-8 hours per charge. Though I cannot quite tell the lifetime of the battery, I have just received them around one month with 5 charges.3. Extremely fast charging, ~1 hour to fully charged.4. High enough sound quality. Considering they are $35 bluetooth headphones, the sound quality is definitely exceeded my expectation. A low electrical current sound may be heard when the sound volume has been turned into a very low level.5. Very light. Hard to be felt when wearing.6. The soft connector between two headphones is really convenient. It can be bent into two cycles to fit into the box included into the package of the headphones.7. Works well with my phones and tablets. They can even connect to two devices concurrently. Though only one of the two can playback sound at the same time. And my phone can display the battery level of the headphones.Several cons,1. The light on the headphones is too small, it's really hard to notice. Though they have voice notifications.2. They may not be as small as expected. They are still small and convenient, but not a pair of invisible headphones as the impression I have got from the images.3. The microphone is weak. A little bit hard to let others hear you when making phone calls.4. The battery level displayed on my phone is not so accurate. It looks like there are only three levels, high / medium / low, just as the voice notifications. It may be related to my phone, not the headphones.

Great for the Price
I've had these headphones for about a week, and I'm impressed so far. Over the last year, I've been using some Jaybird headphones, but they've started popping out of my ears regularly. I'm not sure why this is the case, but they don't seem to fit like they use to. I use my headphones primarily for dog walks and workouts (mainly indoor rowing and weight lifting). I wanted to try a different design and wanted to get something that could hold up to rain and sweat, so I decided to give these a try. So far they are meeting my needs. They are definitely comfortable to wear. I like the design and, as of yet, they haven't popped out of my ears or needed adjustments during exercise like my Jaybirds did. The battery life seems to be exceptional as well. I've only charged them once since I got them (they came with a full charge) and they still had plenty of juice left when I put them on the charger. I like the cord design much better than the traditional long wires with controls on the wire itself, and the headphones tell you the battery level when powering on, which is a nice touch.I only have two minor complaints. First, the sound quality isn't as good as my Jaybirds, but it isn't bad either. These are 1/3 the price, so I really can't complain. I'm simply used to the way the other headphones sound, so I noticed the difference right off the bat. The second (and really my only true complaint) is the fact that these aren't noise cancelling in any way (meaning they don't seal the ear like some others do), so I can hear my surroundings more than I'm used to, which causes me to turn them up a lot louder than I did with my other headphones. I despise most gym music and I often like to listen to audio books while doing some types of exercises, so I need a certain amount of volume to drown out background noise. My Jaybirds did the trick really well, but I haven't been able to listen to books in the gym with these because I can hear too much background music. If I play my own music and turn them up loud enough, then I'm not distracted by noise, but it takes much more volume to get to that level than I'm used to. Additionally, if there's much wind blowing outside when I walk my dog, the wind noise seems to get amplified as if being channeled into my ears. I get used to the effect after a few minutes, but it can be distracting.Overall, I recommend these headphones, especially for the price. Like I said, I really like the design, and they are comfortable to wear. The sound and built quality are definitely good, but I have noticed the minor issues I talked about above. They might be considered issues with the way I use my headphones rather than issues with the headphones themselves as well as the result of direct comparison to a much more expensive set I've been using daily for the last 18 months. I'm still going through the adjustment stage after switching, but I haven't used my old headphones since receiving these, which is probably a good sign.
