Something for everyone!
I found a lot of great recipes in this book. I am not a vegetarian, just thinking about it, but this book has inviting recipes that anyone will like. I have tried about ten of them so far and have been successful with each one. The ingredients required are all easily accessible - nothing funky that I would have to search for in a specialty shop. There's something for everyone here. Try it!

lots of recipes and good ideas but probably more suitable for the winter months than summer. will therefore try this book again later in the year

I highly recommend this book to all vegans and vegetarians
Very delicious recipes ! This book makes vegetarian eating so much more delicious. Who knew that so many meals can be prepared in a slow cooker. I highly recommend this book to all vegans and vegetarians.

Interesting recipes
Though I'm not a vegetarian many of these recipes sound delicious. They are easy to make but often they make 7-8 hours to cook
