Yes, it matches up to Romeo MSR perfectly. It also matches up to other sig red dots. I've only put 100 rds through it so far but works well and hasn't moved. Good buy

Not if you flip it down. If you have it flipped up then most definitely yes. Take in mind if you have a short picatinni rail like on m4, most likely wont be able to fit red dot, juliet 3x and the iron back sight.
