I feel much more hydrated, I feel myself being able to wake up and feel better as far as hydration and body aches go. I’m a tumbler hoarder and I use a venti Starbucks plastic tumbler. I fill in almost to the rim with ice water and then pour a whole packet into it. I will say, you do have to stir it really well because I made the mistake of just swirling around and sucked up a lot of powder clumps. I mixed it with a butter knife and it worked like a charm. Sometimes I like to add in a very little amount of a sugar free flavoring packet if I want a bit more sweetness but on its own, it’s sweet but not over-powering. *for reference, I bought the strawberry flavor and if I do want that extra little bit of sweetness, I use a strawberry lemonade flavoring (chefs kiss).And to add on to the effectiveness of this, I work in the shipping industry and I spend most of my days in the warehouse.
