Our milk chocolate compound is made by combining cocoa powder, sugar, milk powder, and hydrogenated palm oil, vanilla for flavoring, and soy lecithin, an emulsifier for preserving. All kinds of chocolates are essentially made from the same base ingredients cocoa solids, cocoa butter, sugar, and additives like milk powder, soy lecithin, or vanilla. In compound chocolate, the only difference is that the cocoa butter is substituted for vegetable oils. It does not even temper, so for those who are not an expert and trying their hands in creating chocolate creations and baking, the task becomes effortless.
