This unit was easy to assemble and works beautifully with my 2500 PSI pressure washer. It lifts dirt seamlessly out of cracks and removes grit and mold from our walkways and paver decks. It even has the ability to remove old sealant. This unit has three arms as opposed to the standard two arm units that I've owned in the past. It's, also, the first stainless steel model and so far, it looks amazing. It rolls well on my surfaces and to insure that it looks new after every use, I hose its underbody and I turn the unit over to release any water left in the line. This is one great product. Boscom did a service to the people who decide to purchase one of their surface cleaners. This is quality through and through.

This unit works great! I lowered the pressure on my washer down to 2000psi and still had decent productivity.My issue is there is nothing reinforcing the connection at the handle to deck. Even WORSE the terrible design for the caster bracket. Really? Just bent a peice of flatstock stainless and called it good! Wheels were bent from shipping!I am keeping this unit and spending another hundred or more to "upgrade" to a usable system.I also replaced the "key ring" used as the pin for the remaining rods which hold the handle together and to the deck. The idea to quickly detach the handle appears to have been the idea, nothing quick about undoing a Keyring that doesn't fit!Good until, a few minor quality control items nothing to stop from buying another one.Easy to assemble and use. Basically plug and play. Be sure to follow the recommendations in the owners manual! Fair value for the money. But wouldn't spend a dime more until the upgrades are done.

I purchased 2 of these surface cleaners for my pressure washing business. So far so good! With the triple head and reasonably high pressure rating, they are as good or better than anything else I've tried for half the price. I run these exactly at 4000PSI/ 4GPM on a cold water system with no issues. It comes with 3 replacement heads and everything you need to hook up to a quick connect hose. These cut though some serious funk! With this much output (3 heads), I wouldn't try using it on anything less than 3.5 GPM. For reference, runs perfectly on the A-iPower 4200PSI 4.0GPM Commercial Gas Pressure Washer from Costco ($899) for anyone else just starting out.I purchased 3 year warranties for both surface cleaners, so nothing to worry about. Ordered this in September 2023 and within 3 months the bearings started giving out using it maybe 1-2 hours a week. I wanted to just order a replacement bearing assembly but they don't offer one even though there is one listed in the parts book with a part number. The seller wasn't willing to send a new one to swap out, they wanted me to return the one I had and wait to get it replaced. I ordered a replacement that was missing a part on December 30th and after sending it back i just today got the refund on January 26th. I had to call yesterday to get it because amazon has a new policy to drag out returns and refunds. Avoid this product and seller.

Great value for the money. Well constructed. Easy to use. I like that there is a grease zerk fitting on the base. Used it to pw around 20,000 Sq ft of sidewalk so far with no issues.

Product is very nice and reliable....Just seems alittle too expensive and everyone is whitelabling the same product somehow...would be a much better deal if it was under 300.00
