Exactly what they said it was.
This was exactly what they advertised. It came with 2 self-tapping long screws and worked perfectly.

Great finishing touch to an under dresser heating vent.
We had a custom dresser built into a new master closet. The dresser sat atop the only heating vent in the closet. So the installer cut an outlet in the face of the dresser toe kick. This grille fit perfectly over the standard cut that was made. Since the dresser is white, the grille looks great and the heats flows smoothly into the closet. Because the grille was not affixed to drywall but rather to the dresser material, I had to pre-drill holes for the provided screws. But that was easy and the install took just a few minutes. Can't beat the price for the quality.

Some notes on installing - works as advertised, completely satisfied
Works exactly as advertised. I've read some reviews as to incorrect sizing, however the details clearly specify how to measure if you're new at this. Installed in a wooden interior door that leads into the HVAC closet in our basement. Just know that you may need to order two - one for each side of the door - depending on your application. Total cost around $21 installed. Compare that to a louvered door which averages $238. Easy math. The only recommendation I would have for the seller is to include shorter/flush mount screws (I sprayed painted 4 short drywall screws which works just fine).
