This gazebo completely transformed our outdoor space. It looks elegant and feels sturdy, and the netting makes a huge difference — especially in the evenings when bugs are usually a problem. Good produce. Provides shade and shelter from the rain. It decrease the temp by ant least 7 under it. Easy to put together with a few people and doesn’t take long.You still get a good breeze with the nets down and zipped. It’s looks good from the outside and inside.My only problem was one of the legs didn’t screw in like the rest but once anchored down, it wasn’t a problem.It has help up through some strong winds and storms.

Rustiic Red GazeboThe Gazebo was purchased June 2023 . We waited a couple weeks to put the gazebo up. once the gazebo was assembled. It was really nice.We sat up under the gazebo few times in July and AugustA couple of months later.We notice the top of the canopy was faded really bad. We started reaching out to Amazon. By that time the 30 day returned window was over. we understood thatwell.There's something called a manufacturer warranty.2nd time we Called Amazon again, I was given information to the Manufacturer company. Tried to contact the manufacturer company via phone. No one never answered the phone. I work during the day and don't have time to be on the phone or emailing often.3 -4.months have gone by.Trying to get in contact with the Manufacturer companyCalled Amazon again the later part of December and was given the manufacturer contact email instead of the numberfinally. I emailed a certain department which was given by a CSR. And Email the manufacturer company in a different department that was given.Sent information they requested but, were told the top of the canopy warranty expired which were past the 6 months,which I didn'tknow.I thought that the entire gazebo had at least a 1 year warranty.By the time I got in contact with someone via emailthe top of the canopy was out of warranty. I called Amazon CS againAnd told him that the top ofthe canopy warranty expired and nothing could be done by the manufacturecompany.I was given another number and Email address by CSR.I was told I was.given incorrect information and the email address and number should be the right departmentAnd they would be able to help with the correct information that was given at the.time.However, up until now. 03/30/24Once, I reached out to the correct department. Nothing could be done with the top of the canopy at all. But, their asking by a diagram which part of the brace or bracket needs to be replaced.At this point the entire canopy/gazebo is shot.From the top of the canopy to the brace, netting and strings to tie the curtains back.Less than a year the entire canopy is shot. Spring is here and summer is rolling around again.The images is the faded top of the canopy, the broken brace and the faded curtain with broken ties and strings to pull the curtains backThis is now the 8th month of having the gazebo set under it a few times..no enjoyment at all.I understand the change of weather and seasons but, this is ridiculouas, not good quality at all.Money wasted. Not worth it!Bad experience and the company will not communicate with you via phone during business hours. It goes to voice mail.I read the reviews before purchasing. That's why I purchased it. You have good and bad. I had a bad experience.Till this day nothing is being done. Not worth it!. I will never purchased from ABC canopy again through Amazon or Directly.

It is good quality, looks chic and seems sturdy so far. The biggest issue is, it has holes and gaps on the upper sides so despite the mosquito repellent cover, bees and other insects enter easily from the top. If they used velcro for the curtains, rather than zippers, it would be easier to get in and out. Overall, I like the design and product and but for this money, I wish it was free of the issues above.

Love it! Took 2 people to set up but it was well worth it!! It’s very sturdy and so far, since it’s bolted down, it handles the wind just fine and during rain no puddles on the canopy roof. So comfortable sitting out at dusk with no bugs and out at dawn with a cup of coffee.
