Apple iMac (21.5-inch, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD Storage)

I love this product. Wanted a Mac computer for years. Finally had one and it doesn’t disappoint.Did a bike ride with my GoPro camera, and the picture quality on my Mac is pure. Absolutely fantastic.

The writeup for this item says NEW, the data refers for the 2020 model. However when you get the item beware!The box came with stickers saying 2020 over the old item details, yet when you boot up the iMac go to about my Mac, it said 2017 model.Please remember this is sold direct from Amazon and not via a third party, Amazon did say they would be taking this item off the site but 24 hours later it is still live.I spent 4 hours installing new software before realising that the iMac was not the model advertised, yet that means nothing to Amazon or this seller.I have attached images of the box label, says 2020, and the About my Mac window from the iMac says 2017. Buyers beware.Shoppers beware.

the performance of this machine is of the highest calibre for entertainment purposes, though for business users I would guess you would need more storage capacity.

This was sold under false pretences. Having disposed of a 2012 model I ordered it on the basis of the description - 2020 Apple iMac - when I had downloaded my stored information I checked on the machine's provenance and it was a 2017 model. I eventually had to delete all my information and return it. Amazon need to change the description and ensure that what they are selling is correctly described.

This product was advertised new as 2020, but was actually made in 2017 - so everything is already out of date. Beware if you buy an Apple that it is what it says and check it has the latest software and is capable of upgrades as Apple are not as supportive as they used to be, especially with out of date machines!!

Turned up quickly and on time. As with all Mac the software and design is great - amazing value
