I ordered these to make cross stitch pendants. I found the metal trays a bit shallow to accommodate the thickness of the fabric & stitching as there isn’t much space to glue but they’ve worked quite well. They’d be perfect for just a printed design on paper & you get a lot for the price, including the cord necklaces. I hadn’t realised - though obvious in the photos online - that the hearts & teardrop shapes are all “antique” finish & squares & circles silver coloured: I thought there would be all shapes would be both finishes.

I had an allergic reaction to the metal and had a very sore area for quite a few days that looked like little blisters.. that may well not happen to everyone but if you are susceptible you may want to consider it.

I'm so pleased with this set. Very pretty, all pieces fit, no missing or extras. Just right. I look forward to decorating these.

To many times lately I’ve bought things like this only to find I should have read the description better. I expected more of the pendants and glass domes and less of the bits of string to hang them on.

However, the loop on top of the heart shaped trays isn't large enough to allow the chain part of cord to pass through, I had to squash the link with pliers which was a bit tricky and inconvenient

These would be lovely if they came with a recommendation for how to glue them together. I've made two necklaces but had to use a glue I already had and it was really quite messy.
