Favorite brand....My son was born at 4.9 lbs. They say they go down to 4 lbs, but good luck with that. They swallowed my son, and he could not wear them comfortably until about 7-8 lbs. He had to wear disposable diapers. Still though, I didn't have any leaks in these diapers or accidents. I did in the disposables. I have bum genius, thirsties, best bottom, and buttons diaper covers, and these are my favorite. I will only be buying this brand for larger sizes. Best bottom and buttons are horrible fits and leaks. The thirsties material absorbs the urine, so you have to change the cover with every diaper change, which defeats the purpose in my opinion.

I've been using these on my 6-week-old since he was about 4 weeks old. It provides great coverage over the newborn size prefolds I bought. As long as none of the prefold is sticking out anywhere these keep him dry until the prefolds are thoroughly saturated. This happens faster with the cotton prefolds than with disposable diapers, so I've only been using them during the day and using disposables at night to get a full three or more hours between changings. The leg gussets and elastic on the back seem to help keep the prefold and its contents in place.

I am rating it 4 stars because it was not clear that it didn't come any inserts. I haven't used it yet, but looks and feel durable, so I'm sure it's great when you have the stuff to actually use it. My only input would be to say somewhere in the title or the description that this item does NOT come with any inserts.

I like this cover the only thing I don't like about it is that we had a few leaks just on the back of the diaper cover where the label is stitched in.

The first time I used this diaper it leaked all around the logo on the back!

We LOVE this cover! Almost more than the thirsties. If you have leaks with this cover it's because it's not on tightly and properly. This cover holds up through all 11 hours that my baby sleeps at night! We use it on top of a prefold for our son. They're also cheaper than thirsties' covers. Love the colors too!

Pros: i love the tight fit of this cover for my skinny newborn. It is easy to get a good fit on the legs so I didn't have any leaks or gaps from there. It is very trim and the colors are nice.Cons: every time I had this on my baby for more than an hour it leaked around the tag sewn in the back. Customer service suggested I needed more absorption but I can use the same prefold with a Thirsties cover for over two hours with no leaks. I got a refund and will stick with Thirsties.

Using these on our preterm twins who were born at 5 lbs 3 oz and 7 lbs 10 oz. They have worked well with both sizes. Paired them with some premie-sized prefolds as well as snapeez (prefold grasping clips) to wear underneath them.
