If a flavour isn't big it's not for us but this Mexican-inspired savoury rice definitely is. The green and red pepper, red kidney beans and smoked paprika are made even bigger with a twist of natural lime. Ingredients ----------- Dried Long Grain Rice, Green and Red Pepper, Palm Oil, Red Kidney Beans, Maltodextrin, Sweetcorn, Tomato Powder, Natural Flavourings (contain BARLEY), Ground Spices (Smoked Paprika, Cumin, Coriander, Chilli Powder), Salt, Sugar, Onion Powder, Dried Garlic, Dried Herbs (Coriander, Oregano, Parsley), Colour (Paprika Extract), Natural Lime Flavouring. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes stirring occasionally until the rice has absorbed the water. Stand for 2 minutes. Stir, serve and enjoy. Microwave - From Ambient: Based on an 800W / 900W oven. Adjust cooking time in accordance with microwave wattage. Empty the contents of this sachet into a large 3-4 pint microwaveable bowl with 275ml of boiling water and cover loosely. Microwave on full power for 5 minutes (800W), 5 minutes (900W). Stir.
