Nature's Bounty Botanical Sleep, Promotes Sound Sleep, Melatonin Free, 30 Coated Tablets

I tried this product after many sleep aids failed me. Melatonin gives me nightmares and other sleep aides dont work. This works perfectly. I feel rested and not groggy/hungover from it in the morning. I definitely recommend to give it a try if others have failed you. Keep in mind everyone is different and what may work for me may not work for you. But for the price trying it once wont break the bank.

It'll do. I really liked nature made valerian root, but i can confirm the company discontinue the product (per email convo). I use to take 4 caps (directed up to 5), but with this product it directs you to take one, which I have and has worked. I'll admit I was skeptical. I'll continue to use this. The other valerian root product I was using from Walmart really affected my daytime energy. This one is so far so good!

I really like this product due to the fact that it is Melatonin Free. I found out the hard way I can not take Melatonin. I've done alot of searching in stores and cannot find another product that has no Melatonin.....

Doesn’t seem to be working for me and these pills smell horrible they smell like manure

Helps me sleep soundly at night but this product smells like a donkey's rear end.

This works well. Good quality and no issues with taste. I do think the previous nature's bounty formula was better but they no longer sell that one, a little more valerian in that one. Pairing this with a tryptophan supplement works well for helping with any restless nights
